SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY & FAQ

Can I change my delivery address?


We unfortunately can’t make changes to your delivery address once courier is scheduled but you can enquire about possible delivery address changes via phone call, email or whatsapp.


What are my delivery options?


We offer 2 convenient methods of delivery:


  • Courier - We deliver directly to your home or office, anywhere in South Africa. All delivery and tracking details are supplied to you after courier collects package.
  • Collect - You can choose to collect directly from Instacam South Africa's physical offices after prior arranges have been agreed to.


After placing order & paying for it, how long will it take to fulfill order, receive a tracking link & reference & get the goods delivered?


Order fulfillment is initiated when full payment has been received & funds reflect in our business bank account. Our preferred courier is then scheduled to collect package & then a shipping update email with a tracking & reference is sent to customer shortly after courier collection.


Depending on which shipping option the customer has chosen, Priority Shipping With Tracking usually gets delivered between 1 to 2 days & Standard Shipping With Tracking usually gets delivered within 2 to 4 days. PCFX Online reserves the right to delay deliveries until proof of payments are emailed & funds reflect in their bank account & PCFX also reserves the right to hold back any deliveries if a transaction is deemed to be suspicious or  fraudulent & will continue to delay delivery until further vetting & verification is completed with the relevant bank. 


How much will delivery cost me?


We offer Free Delivery & Free Collection on all orders greater than R1000. T&Cs apply & for orders under R1000, clear delivery charges are displayed on checkout page.


What happens if a product is missing from my shipment?


If you received an incomplete delivery you can notify us by submitting contact form here, or calling or emailing us directly, then our friendly customer service team will be in touch with you to assist.
