Reolink Technologies China, Facebook, Instagram, Google, Youtube Or Any Other Online Or Social Media platform is not a sponsor, nor is it involved in any way with any of Instacam South Africa Online contests, promotions or giveaways. 

Instacam South Africa is a strategic business partner to Reolink Technologies & promotes various of their camera products online.

1 Promotions, giveaways and competitions are entered through via website online form, email subscriber list, YouTube channel & various of our social media pages.

2 The judges’ decision via email confirmation is final and no correspondence can be entered into.

3 Current & previous employees of Instacam South Africa and their families are not allowed to enter. Advertising and public relations representatives may not enter competitions in which their products are featured.

4 Prizes are not exchangeable for cash and/or other products. Prizes are available while stocks last. It is at the discretion of Instacam South Africa to ensure that, should there be a problem with the stipulated prize won, a reasonable replacement of the same value will be offered.

5 Instacam South Africa carries promotions, giveaways and competitions in good faith and cannot be held responsible for any misrepresentation of the promotions, giveaways and competitions.

6 Winners will be notified by email. It is the responsibility of the winner to ensure that the correct address and contact details are given. It is the responsibility of Instacam South Africa to ensure that prizes are sent out correctly and within the specified time.

7 Prize delivery will take four to six working days from the time the winner has been announced and notified.

8 Promotions, giveaways and competitions are open to South African residents only and limited to 1 email address per entry

9 All prize-winners cannot win the same prize within the same calendar year and furthermore, Instacam South Africa will also not deliver the same prize to the same physical address within a calendar year. If online store is used for monthly free camera, the prize-winner is only allowed to check out once on Qty x1. If prize winner checks out on more than 1 monthly free camera, only 1 will be delivered & a credit will be kept on our system for prize winner to use for a future purchase (no cash refunds)

10 Readers may not claim for more than one prize at a time, and once announced as a winner in any Instacam South Africa promotions, giveaways or competitions, will not be eligible for another prize for three (3) months thereafter.

11 By entering any promotions, giveaways or competitions, or by accepting any prize, entrants agree that their personal details may be retained by the promoter and/or Instacam South Africa and used for the purpose of sending them information about future promotions, events and news, as well as for internal administration and analysis with the prize entrants having the option to opt out or unsubscribe at any time.

12 Participation in any promotion, giveaway or competition and/or acceptance of any prize implies full knowledge and acceptance of all rules & Instacam reserves the right to publish competition winner's names on their website along with their location they are from within South Africa
