STEP 4 - You will then need to reply to our email, requesting a Tax Invoice for the requested items (please provide any company details like VAT number, shipping address, etc)
STEP 5 - We will reply back with the Tax Invoice that includes our Banking Details, then wait for Proof of Payment to be sent via same email trail (We usually reserve stock for 4 hours until payment is received)
STEP 6 - Once Proof of Payment is received, we will fulfill order & arrange for our preferred courier to collect. An order confirmation email with tracking details is sent soon after courier collects

CAT1 - BRAND NEW PRODUCT - Box is still sealed but has some very minor cosmetic damage - Reduced price & comes with standard 24 month warranty

CAT2 - CUSTOMER RETURNS - OPENED & CLOSED PRODUCT - Box Seal is broken but camera is still new & has never been installed, customer changes their mind or orders incorrect item - will come in original packaging - 24 month warranty

CAT3 - INSTACAM DEMO UNITS - Usually used indoors at shows & markets for customer demo purposes only, sometimes could be mounted outdoors for customer demos but never used for long periods of time & will come in original box - 12 or 24 month warranty (Depends on age & overall condition)

CAT4 - CUSTOMER RETURNS - INCORRECT PRODUCT NOT SUITABLE FOR INTENDED USE - Customer installs it for a few days or weeks & realizes the product is incorrect & takes advantage of our money back guarantee offer or 30 day return policy & opt for a credit or full refund - product will be in original box - 12 or 24 month warranty

1. What are Reolink Certified Refurbished Products?

Reolink Certified Refurbished Products are pre-owned Reolink security cameras or NVRs that have been inspected and tested by our qualified engineers to work as new. Some refurbished products may have cosmetic blemishes like minor scratches or dents, which do not affect performance.

Note: Due to product upgrading, a refurbished product may slightly differ from its latest version and may not have a micro SD card slot or some other minor features listed on the product page.

2. Where do refurbished products come from?

Reolink Certified Refurbished Products are not used products that have been in use over a long period of time. Reolink offers a 30-day hassle-free return on new devices, and inevitably, some are returned during that period. In some cases, a refurbished product may never have been used, perhaps returned to us because a newer model took its place or a cancelled order. All such security cameras or NVRs go through our stringent refurbishing process, and are represented as "refurbished".

3. Is it safe to buy Reolink refurbished products?

Yes. Every product completes a rigorous refurbishment process prior to sale.

• It goes through the thorough cleaning and inspection process;

• undergoes full functional testing, and any defective modules are replaced;

• upgrades the firmware and changes to new UID;

• is repackaged;

• completes Final Quality Assurance inspection;

We guarantee every refurbished product meets the same functional standards as new products.

4. Are refurbished products covered by warranty?

All Reolink Certified Refurbished Products come with either a 24 month or 12 month or 6 month warranty & price per unit is directly influenced by the condition of these reduced & refurbished units. Please make sure you are familiar with all the different categories before enquiring or paying for any of these units. For more information, please check our Warranty Policy.

Refurbished products are not eligible for a full refund and can only be exchanged for refurbished products, not new products. For any questions, please contact support@instacam.co.za

6. How can I identify a refurbished product?

A refurbished product has been physically labeled “Product Condition: Refurbished” or confirmed Refurbished via our various mediums of communication like email, Whatsapp, Facebook, Instagram, etc..
